Very good food. The hush puppies were fantastic. Fried chicken had great taste and crisp. Meat loff was awesome, and the brown gravy was on point. Very small dining area in side just two tables. There are lots of tables outside, though. The bathroom is very small but neat and clean. Have no problem going back.

The fried chicken was so good, the skin was light, crispy and melted in your mouth! Under the chicken was a bed of rice and cabbage... Mmm Mmm good! They are busy for a reason

Great soul food. Smothered chops, greens, and mac and cheese were awesome. I brought the peach cobbler home but wished I would have eaten it there because I would have ordered two or three more of them. Yeah, that good. Friendly staff who want to make sure you’re happy and stuffed.

I was in town visiting and had to see what the awesome reviews were about..When I walked in,I got an instant vibe of FAMILY 💜. The service was hands down comforting and absolutely welcoming. The food was like OMFG😳🤤. I had smothered pork chops, yellow rice,yams,greens and corn bread.I ate off of my plate for 2 days!! Feels like eating a good meal from your granny's house! 🥳 I planned on making a pit stop on my way out,but didn't have time. BUT BEST BELIEVE..I know where to go the next time.

I have to say this is one of me and my pops favorite favorite favorite places to go. I am leaving a second review all five stars because the service is amazing. It’s family owned. There’s nothing on that menu. That is not home-cooked stick to your ribs make you want to pass out like you just had turkey dinner Type of food it just hugs your soul I don’t know what else to say about it. Here is gone above and beyond for my add many times has diet restrictions and can only eat soft food at one time even staying open late to make him dinner thank you guys you’re amazing. Amazing amazing amazing. Also to the gentleman that has a cute little puppy. I believe he may be a staff member I’m not sure, but I brought our dog Bailey who is new to being a therapy dog and doesn’t really play nice with other puppies. He was very patient and even got Bailey to become enough to play with his dog.

Everything was delicious! Cornbread was 🔥🔥🔥. Recommend the mac and cheese, baked beans (might be best I’ve ever had honestly) and candied yams.

I can't say any one thing was good it all was so delicious, new favorite spot Pork chops w/ yellow rice, mac n ch, lima beans and corn bread Can't go wrong

B USSIN!! the food was GOODT. Exceeded my expectations. Everything was seasoned well but not too salty. I had the smothered pork chops and my husband had the chicken & we ordered some wings also. Everything was about $42 + tip and we had zero complaints. The sides were good and so was the meats. Customer service was good so that’s definitely a plus!! Note they are not doing dine in, to go plates only right now.
